We provide advice on the optimal structure for the client based on the results of financial, tax and human resource due diligence analysis from wide range of perspective.
In particular, the “goodwill” from a financial and tax perspective (adjustment of assets and liabilities) although seemingly similar, are not the same. At G-FAS, we will provide a simulated analysis from both perspectives for the proposed structure and analyze the impact on the financial statement and cash flow.
