Masahiko Mizoguchi is a Senior Manager of GCA FAS Co., Ltd.(now G-FAS Corporation) Prior to joining, he was involved in statutory auditing, IPO support and support for establishing internal control system based on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu(currently Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC.) since 2004.
He joined GCA Corporation (now Houlihan Lokey Corporation) in April 2008, after joining, he was involved in due diligence, valuation and turnround planning in manufacturing, service industries. November 2011 he has transferred to GCA China Co.,Ltd., (now Houlihan Lokey Corporation) he has been working on execution such as due diligence, valuation and negotiating support and introducing M＆A needs of Chinese companies to Japanese companies.
He received B.A. in Economics from Hitotsubashi University. Japanese CPA.
